About
X站福利所 Trainers are responsible for the delivery of approved training material at training events. Their expertise can also be called upon in the development of new training material on behalf of X站福利所.
Trainers are volunteers and are responsible for the running of training events on behalf of X站福利所 Registered Clubs.聽 This may include the selection of the presenting team, the material to be delivered, and the control of the training event finances.
International Trainers are selected by X站福利所. They are experienced X站福利所 Trainers who receive additional training in the delivery of motorsport related subjects to International audiences in line with the FIA鈥檚 Regional Training Provider scheme.
Training
All X站福利所 Trainers are required to attend a two-day residential Train the Trainer course where they are required to demonstrate their instructional ability. In addition, guidance will be given on effective training methods and skills.
Following this course, it is usual for the 鈥楾rainee Trainer鈥� to be asked to complete a number of supervised training deliveries prior to their appointment as a full X站福利所 Trainer.
